TempoTec Serenade X is a premium all-in-one network streamer that supports various applications including Apple Music, Tidal, Qobuz, etc. Serenade X also works flawlessly with the HiBy Link function on your smartphones and tablets. TempoTec has designed the Serenade X with a bunch of input options bringing you Wifi streaming, Bluetooth, Coaxial, Optical, and USB.

TempoTec has equipped the Serenade X with a class-leading ES9219 Sabre DAC chip. ES9219 is a premium 32-Bit DAC that provides exceptional performance while decoding high-resolution audio signals. Over USB connection, Serenade X decodes high-resolution PCM (up to 32-Bit/768kHz) and native DSD(DSD256) signals. The premium Sabre DAC enables the Serenade to reach ultra-low distortion and high SNR ratings.

TempoTec Serenade X supports high-resolution audio signal decoding. It brings full support for 16X MQA audio signals. MQA refers to Master Quality Authenticated, it’s a new audio enveloping technology that brings the best-quality studio-grade sound performance to your desktop!

Serenade X brings high-resolution wireless Bluetooth Connectivity to your chain. It supports high-res wireless transmission codecs including LDAC, UAT, AptX, AAC, etc. With high-resolution Bluetooth support, you can feed signal to the TempoTec Serenade X using your smartphone.

TempoTec Serenade X adopts a professionally designed FPGA digital audio circuit with dual customized Low-phase Active Crystal Oscialltors + FPGA PLL mode. This provides stable digital signal input and an accurate clock source.

There’s no steep learning curve for the Serenade X, it features a bright 3.2” touchscreen along with hardware media buttons for easily operating the playback and other media functions on the device. Serenade X is fully compatible with the HiBy Link application that converts your smartphone into a fully functioning remote control for the device.

In order to provide uninterrupted distortion-free volume adjustment, Tempotec has featured digital volume control on the Serenade X. It effectively reduces Left-Right Imbalance while adjusting the volume.

TempoTec Serenade X features dual output modes. It has a standard RCA line-out that you can use to pair the Serenade to further headphone and power amplifiers. There’s also a 4.4mm output port that can serve both line-out and phone-out functions. It provides up to 285mW @32Ω impedance. Using the line-out option, this 4.4mm output provides a 4Vrms output level.
