WH 1000XM4 featuring two microphones on each earcups as part of the dual noise sensor technology, that records background noise and transmits the information to the HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1. It applies noise cancelling processing in real time to various acoustic settings using a new algorithm. It sense and adapts to music and noise signals, as well as acoustic properties between the driver unit and ears, at over 700 times per second while collaborating with a new Bluetooth® Audio SoC (System on Chip).

As soon as you start talking, Voice Pickup technology pauses your audio and turns on background noise. The companion app allows you to remap the custom button, by which default controls the noise cancelling feature, as well as it's on and off switch. Additionally, the Quick Attention feature allows ambient noise to pass through while the right earcup is covered, allowing you to be aware of your surroundings without halting your music or conversation.

Need to hear sound or voice around you? To rapidly decrease the volume of your music, place your hand over the right ear cup for instant conversation.

Sony WH-1000XM4 comes with 30-hour long battery life i.e. enough to give performance for more than a day. If you need to top up in a hurry, you can get 5 hours worth of charge after just 10 minutes utilizing AC adapter option.

Be smarter with voice assistant, just say “Alexa” or “Ok Google” to activate your preferred voice assistant. You can also control your headphone's Noise Cancellation features with your voice.
