FIRST COLLABORATION PROJECT WITH B_MEDIA

The Chorus is a collaboration between Kiwi Ears and B. Media (Axel Bostrom), an experienced audio reviewer known for his practical and real-world approach to IEM tuning. The goal of this project was to create an accessible yet high-performing IEM for everyday listeners. By combining Kiwi Ears’ expertise in budget Hi-Fi with B. Media’s tuning philosophy, the Chorus delivers a sound that prioritizes usability, enjoyment, and consistency across various genres and user cases.

SINGLE DIAMOND-LIKE CARBON DYNAMIC DRIVER AT THE CORE

This project features a custom DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragm dynamic driver designed for low distortion and high responsiveness. DLC drivers are known for their rigidity and speed, resulting in tighter bass and more accurate sound reproduction. This implementation delivers a clean and snappy response with excellent control, achieving low distortion levels and maintaining a cohesive sound signature. 

PREMIUM & ROBUST CNC METAL FACEPLATE

Built with a precision CNC-machined metal faceplate, the Chorus offers both durability and a premium aesthetic. The engraved collaboration design adds a distinct visual identity while maintaining structural strength. This metal construction not only improves longevity for daily use but also enhances the overall feel compared to typical resin-only designs. 

WARM & BALANCED TUNING WITH SUB-BASS FOCUS

The Chorus is tuned with a warm & balanced signature that emphasizes musical engagement. It delivers a strong 10dB sub-bass boost for deep and impactful lows while keeping the midrange lush and natural. A carefully placed 3kHz pinna gain ensures vocals sound realistic, while the treble is smooth with a slower decay to bring out detail without harshness. This makes it versatile across genres from pop to vocals and gaming. 

SILVER-PLATED CABLE WITH MULTIPLE TERMINATION OPTIONS 

This new IEM is available with both 3.5mm and Type-C cable options, allowing flexibility depending on your device. Each unit includes a high-quality silver-plated cable designed to improve signal transmission and reduce loss. This high quality cable ensures better clarity, especially in higher frequencies, while maintaining the natural warmth of the tuning for a balanced listening experience.
